Building In Piedmont

At the City of Piedmont, we aim to walk you through each step of building in our community. It is our duty to ensure that all new construction projects adhere to the applicable International Codes, City of Piedmont Ordinances, Zoning Ordinance, and Subdivision Regulations

In Piedmont, we require most construction projects to require a Piedmont Contractor's License and the following diagram will help provide key steps required for your project.

For any questions, please feel free to contact the Community Development Department at (405) 373-2621.
