Tort Claims
To file a tort claim for damage caused to your property, please complete the attached Tort Claim. Please turn in completed forms to the City Clerk, along with the following items:
- Photocopy of your motor vehicle title (if damage is done to vehicle)
- Repair bills or estimates (if available)
- Photos of damage
- Supporting photos that you seem fit
