Biography
Jason Orr began his career in municipal management after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Public Administration in 2009. His first job in local government was with the City of Edmond's Parks and Recreation Department and since that time he has continued to advance and gain valuable experience in other key areas of municipal operation. Before coming to Piedmont, Jason served as City Manager of Newkirk, Oklahoma for three years.
