Join Meagan Early for free, fun workouts at Mugwamps Fitness on 1803 Piedmont Road NE, Suite A, Wednesdays at 5:30 pm, and Fridays at 9am in June, courtesy of the Piedmont Public Library! Each session will be a different workout, so you won't want to miss a single one! These workouts are offered as part of the Library's Healthy Piedmont Initiative.

Yogi Lauren and Yogi Shannon will lead yoga under the setting sun for 8 sessions in June as part of the Piedmont Library's Healthy Piedmont Initiative.
Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm at the Prairie Wind (Girl Scout) Park in Piedmont.
Classes are free of charge. Please bring your yoga mat, strap and block, if you have them. Mats will be available to those who don't have their own.
