Welcome to
Piedmont, Oklahoma. If you are in the market for a new

Featuring a

an attractive city for families. The Annual Independence
Day Celebration, Founder's Day, and the Piedmont Pie
Festival are celebrations that bring us together as a community.
The City of
Piedmont is committed to providing quality services. The
Mayor and City Council work cooperatively with City
Administration and the public to set goals for the community and
to ensure we are always working for the betterment of the City
of Piedmont's future.
The tremendous growth and
development Piedmont continues to experience has brought new
opportunities and a better quality of life for our citizens.

Water Quality Report (CCR - 2009) - CCR Reports
will not be mailed this year. In lieu of mailing,
it will be published in the Piedmont Gazette on June
24th and be available at City Hall.

Annual 4th of July
Celebration -
Piedmont’s Annual Independence Day Celebration will be
held July 4th, 2010. We will have a parade
that includes a classic car show, free booths,
inflatables and a rock wall for kids, and much much
more! If you are interested in setting up a booth,
entering the parade, or entering the car show please
fill out an entry form (Click

with the City of Piedmont at PO Box 240, Piedmont, OK

City of Piedmont to
publish a Monthly Newsletter -
It will include updates from
each department along with a few other stories and information.
There will be a community calendar and the monthly meeting dates
and times also. If you are interested in receiving the
newsletter via email please send your email address to
newsletter@piedmont-ok.gov .There will also be hard copies
available for pick up at the George Fina Municipal Building.
The newsletter will be published at the beginning of each month.

City of
Piedmont has new Floodplain Ordinances - The new
floodplain ordinance has been in effective since
September 26, 2008. To check out if your property is in a
flood zone, please visit
FEMA's
new website. We have been notified that mortgage companies
have been receiving letters from FEMA informing them of
properties that are now in a flood zone that previously were
not. Please note that this is a FEMA requirement. |
